    Dear Mr. Gerfred Stocher,
    I would like to inform you that the Balkan Arts Foundation is working on a
project for establishing the first Electronic Information Center for the Arts 
in Bulgaria. Our aim is to collect, analyze and disseminate information about 
culture and artistic events all around the world, especially in Europe.
    I would like to ask you where on the Internet can we obtain information 
concerning visual and performing arts, as well as non-profit events. Do you 
know WEB sites,  newsgroups and/or E-mail addresses of organizations which 
collect and distribute information in the field of culture, arts and non-profit 
activities (conferences, festivals, seminars, etc.). I_ll be grateful if you 
could forward to me such information as soon as possible.
